Individual & Group Offerings to Embody the Transition into Motherhood
Holding Space for Healing & Integration
The changes you've experienced in becoming a mother—physical, emotional, and spiritual—sometimes require sacred space for everything to re-shuffle and re-align. Our offerings honour your unique needs as a mother through a range of supportive practices.
Experience healing through expressive modalities like Dance and Art Therapy that help you process your motherhood journey, or explore deeper restoration through touch and energy healing work that addresses the profound changes your body has undergone. Womb healing and connection form a vital part of these offerings, supporting your feminine embodiment and reproductive wellness as you navigate this new chapter.
Whether you're seeking individual sessions or ongoing support through the transitions of motherhood, postpartum healing, integrating your birth experience, birthing creative projects, or guidance in creating harmonious daily rituals that work with your family rhythm, these offerings meet you exactly where you are in your motherhood journey.

WRAPPING OF THE BONES
It consists of an oil massage of the abdomen, working with fabric (a Mexican scarf) called a Rebozo. The body is lifted, rocked, held and wrapped by the Robozo materials. The massage is designed to realign, relax and balance the mother, post birth, both physically and energetically. It is a ritual to close and honour the Postpartum time. Allowing the Mother to integrate the journey and step back out in to the world. This can be offered any time post birth. Some Mothers may receive it years later. It can also be offered during other ‘Rites of Passage’ stages such as Menopause or to honour miscarriages.
