Join Rebecca Bee for a class in sound vibration - connecting to your baby through voice exercises, movement and relaxation lullabies.
This is a chance to gather in a heart-focused space, relax and nourish yourself, and perhaps try something new that both you and your little one will treasure.
We will practise warming up our voices with some chakra toning, followed by learning a few song circle songs to sing together.
Singing is a great way to shift energy, harmonise as a group and support your baby to get familiar with your sound. We may even come up with a unique lullaby for the group!
